Find a table with natural light and try to face the light. If you don’t have enough natural light then use a lamp or two.
Raise up your laptop or computer if you need to to get it at a comfortable height.
Use a tray or box to keep all of your work papers, pens, schedules etc. together so that you have them to hand but can be easily put away at the end of the day.
Think about your backdrop for video calls; Make sure there are no personal items for example photos in view, face your natural light if you can as this is the most flattering for you and make sure that everything on show is neat and tidy.
